Six Word Memoirs #8
I took this photo while in my photography class I had last year. I used this one for this caption because this is one of my favourites that isn't so dramatic because that isn't what I'm going for with this caption. I put focus on the words "love" and "everywhere" because photography is and was something I enjoy a lot and it's true, wherever I find something the least bit lovely, I try to take a picture to capture that moment. I used these colours because I wanted to show the softer part of me with taking photos and I felt that pink with white would help put that silent message across a little bit. I also tried to place the wording away from the main focus of the photo because I want both message and words to come across clearly.
Six Word Memoirs #7
This is another photo that I took while on vacation. In the distance there are my little sisters. I took one of my favourite photos from when they're all together and don't notice I'm taking a photo of them. I wrote the caption because it's true, like most siblings I do find them annoying sometimes and I'm sure vice-versa, but I do know I always have them there because they are loving and I won't lose them because they are family and I would never let them go anyways. I needed the comma after annoying because it's true about being annoying like I said, but then I add the positive part because I know that is the more important thing that I like focusing on.
Six Word Memoirs #6
I took this photo at the huge fair that always comes here for a couple weeks in the summer. It's one of my favourite things to do at the very beginning of the summer. Even though some rides terrify me, I love to ride most of them. I made the words brighter in the picture so that it's a little more drawing because I want to show that the message is important for me to show. I will always love going there because it's what makes summers so memorable for me. I also made the photo a little duskier even though it was already that way when I took it for the same reason as putting a little more emphasis on the words I put on it.
Six Word Memoirs #5
This photo is more along the lines of love. I have a friend who was an exchange student from Germany and we had a soccer game on her last day here and this is a picture at the rainbow that showed up while we were playing. Our last day together was great and I didn't add any effects because I want to remember that day exactly as it was. I also didn't add any punctuation because it's just a statement and adding a period, to me, would have restrained it too much. I decided to put the text at the bottom because I wanted the focus in the picture to be on the rainbow which accentuated and made her last day here more memorable.

Six Word Memoirs #4
I remember taking this photo at an amusement park for little kids with one of my friends. I wrote that caption because it's true. Some people are lame and some aren't, but you don't have to be a killjoy to grow up. You can still have fun even when you're growing up and when you're completely grown up. Being grown up just means that you know more things then when you were a kid and that you know how to handle the situations that life throws at you well. I chose this font color because it reminds me of my favourite color when I was a little younger and that I still like even if it isn't my most favourite. I also made sure that "lame" was separate in white because I want to emphasis that being lame isn't a must for growing up.
Six Word Memoirs #3
I took this photo at the "Flower Pots" while I was on vacation. I used the exclamation point at the end there because this is something that excites me and that I do really want myself to do. Sort of obviously, this photo is another that falls into the "future" category. Since I went on vacation here (and loved every second of it) I know I want to travel more. No matter if it's close or far, I want to make sure I get out a little in my future so I can see more beautiful places.
Six Word Memoirs #2
I took this photo randomly while I was at home. I absolutely love my two cats, especially Harry here. Or maybe it's Hairy. Hm. Either way this photo kind of ties in under the "future" category because for me I think I will always want at least one cat with me since I have grown up with two cats around me. I will always want that quiet, furry companionship. I have to have a cat because while the world is spinning around and I'm jumping around doing things, a cat is just doing his lazy cat things. It's calming. The font I used for the writing on the photo doesn't really tie in on anything; I just thought it looked nice.
